Foliage is the name of the project, the idea was to draw a pattern starting from the shapes of the leaves, a radial “peacock tail” pattern full of dynamism but at the same time sweetly repetitive. The stylistic choice led to not using the shape of the leaves of the vine, but to generate a graphic synthesis that referred to the vegetable world without being overly redundant, didactic, looking for a connection with the art world.
The logos and inscriptions on the label and box appear between the leaves as in a jungle. Only the Mosnel logo is contained in a geometric shape. If the leaves represent the strength and impetus of nature, the hexagon represents the value of Mosnel, its secular history capable with method and experience to tame the force in nature to produce with passion and respect an Italian excellence. A graphic project that is both romantic and elegant.
The theme of foliage in art has ancient origins, since ancient Rome the representation of nature and vegetation was associated with places of representation. For the ancient Greeks, golden-leaf crowns were a symbol of great recognition and prestige.
Over the centuries, the artistic language has seen the constant presence of the theme of foliage with realistic representations, up to the most abstract syntheses related to the world of dreams.
